1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped with Standard Ground.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination and carrier performance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Cleanis cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and selected service.
We may offer free shipping to our customer. In that case, it is indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of your purchase, please contact us at info@cleanis.com.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Cleanis only ships to addresses within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


2. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been used.

To confirm if your product is eligible for return, contact our customer service team before sending it back.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email po@cleanis.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions if applicable.
  3. Once approved, please ship the item using a trackable method.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Inspection & Approval

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to confirm eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at po@cleanis.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us at po@cleanis.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled — please follow the return process instead.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact po@cleanis.com.
We’ll assist when possible, but Cleanis is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
